Whats the best mid/top end pipes for a banshee.Currently have FMF Fattys.
Looking for pipes that sound better and hold up better.

Thunder pipes, type in "Banshee Pipes" on ebay, they are new and out perform CPI.. They are selling for 200 w/o a reserve. The makers are from www.4wt-online.com. If I had the 200 right now, there would be no doubt in my mind that I would buy them instantly. Dont wait either, people will start finding out about them, but u could be the 1st of your friends to own them..

200 dollar pipes. Yea, im trustung that. If you want some real pipes,that have been tested. get CPI. nothing else compares.

Thanks for the response. I checked out the 4 wheel thunders pipes they seem pretty cool.($600.00)I don,t know what the CPI pipes are.

Whoa roostking, calm down. You may want to check out Four wheel thunder online before you go off popin the mouth. They have charts saying their "Thunder" pipe preforms better above 8000 R's. I was refering to the 200 dollars because I have seen the same brand new pair of thunder pipes on ebay, and they are still only 200 with 1 bid. They didnt just start either.

CPI pipes are known to be the fastest pipe out there for the dunes. They are a very high rev pipe and dont preform to well in woods. They use what they call "snow mobile FAT technology" to make them. They are a very large pipe and do preform very well. Im not taking anything away from them either by saying the 4wt preform better. I would most definatly kill for a pair of CPI's, but I do like the four wheel thunder pipes a bit more.

Check ebay for cpi, or you can go to cpiracing.com and read about them. I think you can order direct. There are several places selling them. I have a brand new set in my living room, going to go on the new banshee probably this weekend, also got my head.

The thunder pipes have not been out long, and I dont know of anyone using them, they look very much like cpi pipes. I dont trust anyones dyno, unless it is independant of the pipe manufacturer and the machines are dynoed under the same conditions.

I have toomey t5's on one of my banshees, and bought some cpi's for the new one, I will let you know what I think when I get them on.

87, can you link me to where they show dyno charts of their pipe outperforming the cpi?

I cant seem to find it on there site, they say it does, but dont show any proof. Actually what they say is that they outperform MOST pipes.

If you can show us the charts that would be great.
