Question for 2003 Kodiak 400 Owners.
Just wanted to post a quick question for all you other 2003 Kodiak 400 4x4 owners. How often do you have your Kodiak in 4wd for an extended period of time? Have you had any problems with your servo motor?
The reason I am asking is, I have been having an ongoing issue with my servo motor blowing fuses. I am wondering if there is a problem with the servos that are being put on the 2003's or if it could actually be something else. I have had my Kodiak back to the dealer 4 times now with this problem. The problem only occurs when the Kodiak is being driven in 4wd. I usually go about 50-70 miles riding around in 4wd and then the servo starts acting up.
I just wanted to see if anyone has NOT had any problems so far with there Kodiak, and has put some time on it in 4wd.

Question for 2003 Kodiak 400 Owners.
I HAD MY SERVO GO BAD ON MY 2003 KODIAK. IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE DEALER AND THEY REPLACED THE SERVO. IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET THE NEW ONE IN. NOW I HEAR THE SERVO WORKING BUT IT SOMETIMES REFUSES TO COME OUT OF 4 WHEEL DRIVE.

Question for 2003 Kodiak 400 Owners.
I have an 02 BigBear and i was blowing fuses for a while. I put a little bigger fuse in and no problems. I know that theres a risk burning up the servo since i have a bigger fuse but i was tired of blowing fuses when i need 4wd. I don't drive 50-70 miles in 4wd. I use it in conditions that i need it and then take it out and drive 2 wheel. There was a topic b4 about this problem too. There could be a problem with it being so low and that mud and water splash on it and interfere with the connection. I tried disconnecting it once to clean the terminals but i couldn't disconnect it.
