my dealer syays the more often you rebuild the higher peak performance. if your running good oil, and you take good care of it(clean air filter...ect.) you could get 2-3 years out of it before you rebuild. just my .02

On the banshee, whenever you have a 20% difference in cylinder pressure or when ever one cylinder is less than 110 psi. Whichever comes first.

on a blaster 6 months to a year if you ride it everyday and dont even think that just rings will fix it youll need a piston and a bore and also i think if your running a mildly modded or stock blaster your better of not running a wiseco piston

i owned a 1999 blaster and had it all tweaked for racing , my top end went after a hard winter of doin donuts: and getting stuck. If you take care of your quad and dont beat it to bad you should get at least 4-5years out of it, but i replaced mine after 2 years but it all depends on what type of riding you do. but i would suggest taking care of it its aloot less expensive.!!
