does n e one have a trashed raptor that i can get parts off of.....i had the raptor re-jetted and after one ride the black plastic cap from the top of the carb is gone n now its running like crap and when i tried to get a new one the people at d-rec said i gotta buy the whole left side of the carb! please help someone![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

If you lost the carb top..and tried running it..I would hope it ran like crap..or else you have bigger problems. LOL

wow your dealer wasnt kidding i checked a microphiche and you really do have to buy the whole$500 assembly

 

Why cant you find it? the quad would have just about stopped running where you lost it.

I would check ebay for an entire carb, my friend broke the cap on his wolverine and they didnt sell it for that either, he had to jb weld it.

 

i'll be honest it ran fine the thing that made me notice was that when i gave it gas it made a suction noise and when i looked i saw the spring. idk if they put the cap back on or not but all i know is that i dont want to by a whole new carb so any help would be much appreaciated.
