Default Adjusting the valves?????

I just adjusted the valves on my raptor. The only hard part was to adjust the exhaust valves they are really hard to get a good feel with the feeler guages. I think I did it right I don't hear anything clattering and they are not too tight. The only thing I've noticed is that the pipe sounds wierd now. Its a stock pipe. Any of you ever experience this???? I talked with a dealer mechanic today he seemed to think as long as it wasn't too tight or to loose it should be fine. just thought I'd ask. Thanks

Did you make sure that you tightened up the head pipe bolts? You may have a leak if they aren't seated all the way. Did you make sure that one of the header gaskets didn't fall out causing an exhaust leak.

I didn't do anything with the header. I think it will be fine I might check it in a little bit they are easy to get to without removing everything so I'll keep an ear on the noise.
