When I am confident of the results over a period of time/temp/weather changes etc I will make the info public.
Actually, I am interested in your drilling holes in the butterfly valve, that is definitely permanent, maybe not-a little jb weld goes a long way but does that mod help the turbulence/jetting issue?

Can't tell ya. I really have not tried it. It seems to me it would affect it only at idle and as you start to open it up. If you get it to funnel together insted of as a big mass sucking then I think that would make more of an impacted. Maybe holes at an angle? To much to loose for me. But as for your climate test, since I'm on west coast what a better way to get a good all around test.
