Default Raptor or 400EX

I have two yamaha 00 wolverine and a 01 kodiak and this year after riding all year on a borrowed worrier I am trying to decide between an 03 raptor or an 03 400EX. i was just wondering if the wight difference is felt and also is it as eay to do a wheelie on a raptor as it is on a 400EX. will they both hold up good over a long period of time.

Default Raptor or 400EX

I have owned bothe quads and loved them both, My 400 was stolen last year and I bought a Raptor after that, The 400 is a great dependable quad but badly lacking in power While the Raptor has a great power band and responds very well to small mods such as pipe jets etc. I have no problem pulling the front wheels in forth gear even with my 15 tooth front sprocket, I hope this helps you some...

The problem with the Raptor is keeping the front wheels on the ground

Reliable = yes

Now the durability thing that depends on the type of rider you are.
