I live in Iowa, I will turn 16 in about 5 months. When I'm 16, do I still have to have a safety certificate of will my license work as a safety certificate?

 

yes you are suppose to ahve it until u turn 18 or utnil u get ur motorcycle permit/lisense it hink.. im just turned 15 and last year i got coaught and got a ticket for riding ont he road.. thats it cuz they were nice... but still could of gave us a warning or sumtin.. just to be safe u might just want to take ur atv safty course ne way.. im taking mine this summer... at least u can take it on a full size atv.. i have to take it on a 80..:S .. were r u located.. im in iowa to near amana/williamsburg
