Default engine coolant

i've looked all over for engine ice for the raptor and can't seem to find it.
has anybody tried this stuff out?

coolant addative

it says its for use on all vehicles, streetrods, sportutility, and industrial equipment with gas or diesel engines.

benefits:lower temp
reduces rust and corrosion
stops leaks
cleans cooling system
removes scale deposits
dramatically increases heat transfer
contains no antifreeze.

it also says do not add antifreeze with this and water.

Default engine coolant

I just started using Purple Ice So far I like it. It is cheap and available anywhere Royal Purple products are sold. Plus it only takes 1 ounce per quart of coolant.

Redline makes Water Wetter. It just mixes with your current coolant. FTZ swears by it, but I prefer to run Engine Ice. It is ran straight and works great.
