Default Jetting a Warrior

I have a friend with a Warrior it has a full exhaust and a K&N. From what I have been reading he needs to take the air box lid off but we are unsure what jet use. Right now it is jetted for sea level thats the only thing I know about his setup. What jet would you guys say he needs to change? Thanks for the help

With the lid off I would run In between 145-150 that sould be close for sea level.

probally since you did a few mods to it, I'd start with bigger mains in it, then you may need to adjust either the mix screws, needle position, or pilot circut.. some of the others will tell you how to get close..

you don't want to take the whole lid off! Take a 2" hole saw and drill some holes in it and i went one step further and put a screen underneath the holes. again don't take the lid totally off if you have the stock air filter set up you will only be asking for problems!
