Or take it to a bearing supple warehouse and they will be able to match it up

The best deal I could find on sealed bearings and seals was from Rockymountainatv.com.
From their 2003 catalog:
#6008 (rear bearing) = $6.25ea
#48688 (seal) = $2.65ea
Buy 2 sets.
The dealer wanted way more ! Mine have been working well.
