Default bye bye red sticker

after all the registration problems with red vs green and so many red sticker bikes recieving a green sticker the DMV has decided to do the fair? thing and grandfather anything up to 03. So if you have a red sticker bike manufactured before 03 you will soon recieve your green sticker

Yeah it's a CA. thing. That's great news. I'm just surprised they did'nt do it the other way make everything red sticker. That seems to be the way they do things here.

Vforcer....its a CA thing. Just to explain a little...red sticker off road vehicles don't have spark arresters so they are limited to running about 4 months out of the year, mainly winter months. Green sticker vehicles have arresters and can run all year long. This includes motorcycles, quads and off road races trucks and cars. I beleive its something that the f@#%ing Sierra Club got to pass in CA, but now all vehicles will be green stickered. Good thing for all OHV's....

Psycho it's not spark arresters it's emissions.Bikes and quads that don't pass the emission standards can only be riden on public land during winter months.
