shee shocks on a Warrior

I have a friend with a 89 Warrior and we got to talking today about shocks. Is the only difference between the Banshee shocks and the Warrior shocks the length? Or do thay mount a different way?
Front and rear.

the front are same length but the banshee has double rate warrior has single
