I have a Extreme Hauler that has a bad carcass & wobbles
I called Skat Trak last week & they said to send it to them for a look, I told them I couldn't send it till today (4-14) because I have a race coming up.
I called them up today to make sure they would have it back to me by my next race & they said they couldn't garuntee that.
I sent them a Mpeg video I took with my digital camera & they looked at it & said they could see it was a bad tire & would send me another tire without having to see mine first!!!!!
I just have to get the numbers from the inside of the old tire & call them back so I'll have to wait till my dealer opens tomorrow to get it dismounted.

I just wanted to give Skat Trak an atta boy for stepping up & helping me out so I can get everything fixed without missing a race or Dune trip!!!

That's what I'm talkin bout Dave! It's good to know there are still "some" of the big name guys out there that are concerned about their quality and their customers!

 

Yea too many places just don't give a damn once they have your cash so It's nice when a company stands behind their stuff!!

Glad to hear it Moose. It's comforting to know if I have any probs with my haulers, the company is there to back up their product.

 

Unfortunatly too many companies treat you like their only customer with great promises before they have your $$$ then you can't get them to return your call if you have a problem!!
This was over a year since I bought the tires & they had no problem hooking me up.
Hopefully this will convince some people that the extra $ the Skat Trak tires are over some other tires are worth it if for nothing else that they stand behind their products!!

 

No doubt! gald to see another stand up company.... Another? Yea, I think there are still a few more out there! LOL
