With all the attention to detail that Yamaha paid
when designing the Grizzly, I was wondering if anyone shared the same gripes I have...

#1 - NO BRAKE LIGHT
#2 - NO HORN

Other than that, I have no other problems but considering what these guys cost I'm very surprised (more about the brake light .. very dangerous while night riding) ...

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a third party that sells maybe a kit of some sort to add a brake light and/or horn?

One of the guys I ride with had only one gripe, on his '98 & it was the radiator was to low in the frame & got clogged up with mud. I know this was fixed in the 2000 Grizz.

Units sold to Quebec Canada require and have brake lights on them. There is a kit available from Yamaha, at least here in Canada there is. They are not standard equiptment because, in most cases, they are not mandatory. They would obviously add to the mrsp of the units and most people don't are not concerned about them.

If the radiator was ripped in half, it was more than just a stick he hit.

Thanks for the information, I'll order the kits ASAP! I appreciate it!

You try telling HER that there shouldn't be a brake light on it from the factory -
