Depends on what your gonna do with it. I just got my warrior and I love it. I can take it to trails and not have problems and I can get on the track and have fun. I plan on getting some different tires and wheels for it so I can be better on the track but I will have to stay off the trails when I do that.

I love my Warrior. It's great for trails, hills, and more. It may be an old timer, but as they say "It's bullet proof". First change you should make is to got new tires. Factory ones like to roll. Other than that jeep up the maintance and it should last you a long time.

If you look, you can find one with mods all ready on it for a good price. There was 2001 in the paper a few weeks ago for $2500. Had all the DG skids, bumper, and nerfs. Plus new Holeshots and FMF pipe. What a deal! Only had 50 hours too.

BUY IT!!!

Pros, reliable, heard to tear up, easy to work on the engine, easy to use reverse, good for general offroad use, easy enough to control so that you can learn on it, but fast enough for fun when your experienced. Easy to shave weight off of (has very heavy bumper, exhaust, and light rack in stock form).

Cons, not for racing (takes a bit of modding to race it). Not much hp, hard to mod it to over 40hp without a turbo, NOS, alcy, or 500cc kit. Kinda heavy. Poor airbox design. Crap stock rear tires.
