When you take off the plug start the wolverine up it should spit and sputter, then hold in the the silver **** that disengages the spitting and sputtering. Usually I have to take wd-40 or some kind of water lubricate and apply it to the little silver ****. if this works with the plug out check the emergency **** that pulls the handle back and make sure there isn't mud or any foriegn objects keeping it for going all the way in.

bighunter, That is what could be the problem. It you look at your left hand brake perch there is a thing connected to the back that has wire going into it. That is the override switch for the e-brake. Take it out and make sure the silver ****, which is the switch is working properly. Some people had to cut the wires but I am not for sure if you have to tie them back in some where or if you can just cut them off and tape them up.
