Default 170/175 jets for raptor

Anyone know where I could buy jets for my raptor that are 170 up to 190? Is there somewhere online that you can order them seperate. The only thing I have ever seen is in a jet kit. I already have a jet kit but the highest they come is 140/145.

When I stopped at the dealership they only had up to 170. So we had to go with 165/170. I also have another question. Why do jet kits cost so much when you can get the main jet for about a dollar. I don't know how much they usually cost but that is how much they charged us at the dealership. He usually gives us pretty good deals but why the big difference in price? The needles and springs or what?

It's because the jets in the kits are TOTALLY different than stock ones. The companies research how these engines run best and make jets and needles for them that work best with the bike. When you get a jet kit you'll see the difference between the needle and mains. If your running 170/175 you might be running 148/150 dynojet mains, this is because of the smaller more tapered needle that they supply and etc.

So when you get the 170/175 jets from the dealership it is about the same size as the 148/150 in K&N sizes? I never knew that one. I was wondering why there was such a big jump in numbers.

The GYTR uses mikuni mains. Your paying for the needles. Price the stock needles there not cheap either.

What sizes jets does everyone else use for their raptors? I have fmf pipe and header, k&n filter and no airbox lid and i was told to use 170/175 jets.

Ok. My friend is running 165/170 on his and it runs like a bat out of hell. Which side do you put the 165 and which side for the 170?

Sixsixt, when you say to use the 165/170, do you mean mikuni or dyno jets?
