Not sure but if ya replace the rear bearings with new sealed bearings do ya really need a zerk ? I'm wondering if the grease will penetrate into the bearing around the seals ?? Obviously, If the replacements are not sealed then it would likely work better. Just a thought.

I looked at doing this myself a while back. One thing though, if you put a zerk on the outside of the swingarm, the grease will not get to the axle since it rides in the carrier which slides in the swingarm.
They way I saw it was that you would need to tap into the carrier and run a hose to another fitting coming through the swingarm. Problem with this though is that there isn't enough clearance (if you put a fitting on the carrier) to be able to still adjust your axle carrier(ie; chain) enough. At this time I don't know of an effective way to do it. (not saying it can't be done) I just don't see a way.

i was thinkin of slottin the swing arm to where the zerk could move when you adjusted the carrier and to the reply about the sealed bearings you take the seals off of the bearings when you put a grease zerk on they last longer if you can grease them after every ride especially if you mud ride alot like i do

I have done this to my Warrior but i'm not sure as far as the Raptors go! On mine it works slick! on my sprocket side I chose to put the seal in backwards so that it will let the mud and old grease out yet will help fron anything getting in! keep this in mind when you do come up with you're plan!
