Wheel extenders????
#1
Looking on ebay the other day and a guy was selling wheel base extenders that screwed onto your existing wheel lugs. I have a 2001 Warrior for my wife and am looking for a inexpensive way to widen the track. The ad says they are strong, but I worry about bearing wear and axle fatique. It says it widens the track by 4"-5". They are about 50 bucks. Any opinions ? Thanks

I am pretty sure I know what you are talking about, and they are a pretty good idea. Much cheaper than an extended axle. They are not in any way meant to replace an axle, or are they nearly as strong. As long as she sticks to the trails and doesnt try anything to huge im sure u should be alright.
