50CC E22 Engine Buggy Ingition Issue
hi all,
got a cheap 50cc e22 engined buggy for my 7yr from ebay.
the problem is when you connect the battery it wants to start without the ignition option ie there is no ignition button or switch
so i purchased a button and switch but don't know the wiring config for it. i googled e22 wiring diagram but colors dont match
can anyone help .. ive got pics below

My quad had a bit of a different problem, the starter/lights/kill switch was gone, and the new one I bought didn't match up. I had to just look at a couple generic wiring diagrams (starter circuit in your case), and peel back all of the electrical tape and plastic conduit. It may be simpler in your case since all you really need to do is look at the two wires from the starter solenoid. One wire should be grounded, the other I'm going to guess wires straight to your battery, due to the fact that it's starting when you connect the battery. just wire up your switch in-line. I'd add a fuse as well.
