Question 2005 330 outlander rear differential / drive shaft problem

Hey I just acquired a 2005 330 outlander 4x4 and I am noticing a grinding/clunking noise from the rear differential area while pulling it into my garage. so i put the atv up on a jack and noticed lots of slack at the rear of the drive shaft going into the differential, even the rear break rotor moves forward/back due to this slack. anyone have any tips/advice on what this problem is and where should I begin to sort this issue out? Thanks in advance.

Was hoping someone had an answer to this, cause I'm having the same issue. Clunking noise. A lot more so when I'm turning left. It's an 06 800 4X4.
