Viper go Kart with Brake issues!!!!
My frist question is how to take the calipers apart? Next… on this go kart there are two disc on the front and one on the back. So there are 3 lines. I have tried bleeding all lines and no luck. I have look for any leaks and none. I did notice the washers on this go kart where a little different. These have a rubber ring on the inside of the washer and all my other honda atv's have brass/copper looking washers. Should i replace them with the brass/coppper ones?

I have found that the easiest way to take the caliper apart is to remove it from the disc and before disconnecting the brake line apply brake thus pushing caliper out. Or if it's already disconnected I use compressed air to push it out.
What exactly is the brake issue? spongy or just don't work or you have to pump them.

they may just need to be blead again and again and again. I had to do my atv about 4 times to finally get all the air and crap out of the lines. Have you just tried gravity bleeding? Just crack all the bleeders and take the top of the master and just keep it topped up. Took me almost a full bottle of fluid just to do my fronts and get the crap out. I would let it drain for a bit. go for a ride come back and do it all over.
