Honda needs to recall the damn seat latches on the 420 everytime you hit a bump it comes undone and you have to stop and relatch. The plastic hinges aint worth ****.</end quote></div>
Your not getting your seat latched properly. You need to get the all three of the plastic tabs fully into the slots before getting it latched.

comparing the two photos the brown and chrome clips appear on both and so can be no indication of whether you need the work done or not. hondamechanic is there any noticeable differences in the two to tell which type we have? new ones look thinner and the boot seem to stop earlier showing a weld on the new ones, is that right?</end quote></div>
There is a RED STRIPE mid shaft on the new ones.
