Exclamation 02 400ex HELP! ASAP

Ok so i have a 2002 400ex it has a big gun exhaust thats all suposedly it has a jet kit but after it came out of the shop the jets look the same as they did when the quad went in to the shop

Anyway cutting to the problems here is a list

1. in neutral the quad revs fine BUT it does not hit rev limiter the normal rev limiter should be budadadadadad mine is buda......buda...........buda.......buda

2. When in first gear the quad will not hit high rpms when you get in to high rpms it seems like the quad is turning itself off until you release the throtle but it will not go into high rpms its almost like if you were in high rpms and then you toggled the kill switch its the same noise and everything

any help would be appreciated and if any one has the jet settings for all the jets that would be great like for every single jet how should it be configured?
how many turns for the main pilot air fuel all of them!

Thanks

IF YOU NEED A VIDEO TO UNDERSTAND I WILL MAKE A YOUTUBE VID

Something must be done improperly with that neutral sound. Do you personally know the experience of that shop? Sure some experts will chime in, better if you have that video here.

From my experience its your carb. Your top end jet is the incorrect size or its severely clogged.

Also check the black plastic valve on the side of the carb.

I say get a new main jet, a 155 worked perfect for my 400ex with a sparks exhaust. but for a big gun, i would say a 152.
