Default 1991 quadrunner 250 4x4 clutch question

Was wondering if anyone has encountered this.

After getting my 250 quadrunner 4x4 up and running, after replacing the one way clutch bearing so my electric start will work, when i put it in gear when its idling , it jumps forward and wants to go. I have the idle down low , and it still does it. I changed the oil with new 10w 30 quaker state. I got the machine used and dont recall it doing it when i took it for a test ride but i cant remember. Does that sound like the clutch plates are sticking or bad? Is the quaker state oil im using causing this?
