LT-80 break in
I need help with my Lt-80. I recently installed a Wiseco piston and heard they need a rigorous break in. This quad was given to me without a manual and the piston and cylinder were in bad condition. I replaced both of them and want to bread them in properly
thanks in advance!

You did install the piston with the arrow toward the exhaust?? right??
Do a cpl hot and colds then up to 1/2 throttle for 15 minutes.
I'd not do a long sustained full throtle for a tank of gas.
It'll be fine.
"piston should come with a thing that tells you how long the brake in period for that piston would be. There all was in the bottom of the box."
I've never seen directions in a piston box...I'll have to look. LOL
