The screw head is stripped no way to get it out, right now it's getting the stator fixed and after that it's getting parked down at my gpas for sale, the case has been jb welded, but other than the carb that's the only things wrong, when I get it back I'm gunna change the oil and the filter, and would it be worth it to spend the money on a new carb or just keep the old one

Not worth it for just a screw head. I have removed these in the past by using some vice grips on the screw. You may need to have a smaller pair of grips to fit in the space, removing the carb from the machine is usually helpful as well. Alternately, you can use a file or dremel to carefully notch a larger slot to fit a bigger screwdriver into. OEM always use a soft metal for these screws that is easy to strip. I always try to replace these with a harder allen headed screw before they set up like that. This should be a cheap although possibly time consuming fix that I would do before the sale. The screw is already buggered up after all.
