Hints of Tesla’s New Electric ATV

A Raptor in sheep’s clothing?

Tesla has been in the news of late for the announcement of their high-tech Mars-trekking electric truck, the Cybertruck. While crowds oohed and ahhed at the new machine, a casual Elon Musk added, “We also made an ATV.”

They’re calling it, fittingly, the Cyberquad and according to Tweets by Musk himself, it will actually be sold as a factory option with Cybertruck.

While the world (ourselves included) eagerly await more detailed specs, Tesla says that the quad will be able to be recharged right in its dock: the bed of the Cybertruck. We have to admit that the concept of our ATV being charged up as we transport it to the trailhead isn’t a bad one.

The company also stated that the finalized machine will be a 2-seater despite the fact that the prototype shown was very clearly based on Yamaha Raptor single-seat specs.
