Default Yamoto parts

I was just given a 2005 yamoto 150cc 4 stroke. The transmission is broken. The actual housing is cracked and junk. Anyone know of a place i can get a new or used forward and reverse unit? Also need a few other things for it. Is there a Chinese salvage place anywhere? Also need some ball joints and a tie rod and stuff. Having a hard time even finding a place that still carries parts?

Thanks, I did find that one late last nite in my searches. I guess I will have to call around to a few of them. It looks like quite a few people have had the gearbox crack and break also, but not one of the people seem to have found a new box? At least they never posted any findings.... Any ideas if they still make the forward/reverse unit?

From my experience there are 2 different cases that use the reverse on the engine...one had a long case and the other one was about 5" shorter...i cant remember which one is better....One of them you could replace just the reverse gear box and the other one you had to replace the whole engine case...

I wandered around a few parts sites and found this page..about 1/4 of the way down the page is a reverse unit...they also sell the case halves..Not sure if it will fit on yours but it was the only one I could find...

Welcome to the forum Phillie_1!

The fuse is usually within 6" or so of the battery...Under the seat maybe?
