Default Can someone please help me identify my quad

My quad is a 250 cc, i think it is chinese but i have no idea what make, model, or year it is. Can someone please help. It was originally like a red, white, and blue flag colored. One of my friends suggested it may be a Kazuma Falcon but i looked up pictures and the search only gave me new Kazuma's. Mine is atleast 2 years old, ive had it for almost a year and it wasnt new when i got it, when i bought it, the paint was faded so im assuming its a couple years old.

Hey stallard48

I don't what kind of quad you have but I do recognize the engine.

Its a 250 Zongshen, manufactured in China. ( of course)

You may have a Giovanni 200 beast with a 250 engine installed ????
Here are a few pic's of my 250 engine & rear-end.
Hopefully these will help you.

Dave.

Welcome to the forum stallard48 !

Might be hard to tell exactly what it is...Does it have a VIN on it somewhere? If it does that might help..Looks a bit like my 06 Jetmoto 200....Lots of people were selling a quad like that..As for the year...If it says its a 06/07 it more than likely is...The Chinese skimp on the quality of everything...paint is one of those things..

Default what is my quad?

I have never seen a quad, scoot, motorcycle that didn't have a vin#. Get the vin from the frame. It's won't be on any part you can remove. Go to 2strokebuzz.com They have a vin tab. (It may be on the second page) Look for the first three digits of the vin. Letter "L" means mainland China. "R" means Taiwan. etc.etc. Also all you people with no spark. The stator pulser coil should have about 120 ohms resistance. (usually blue with white tracer). Charge coil about 525 ohms, but 400 is o.k. (usually black with red tracer).
