Kazuma 90cc, Identification and got no spark..

Ive been told its a 2000 model .. Cos its got some major electrical problems No spark. Ive changed spark plug/coil, starter solonoid,and the cdi box looks nothing like the ones you can get, so im baffled. Any ideas,

Thats what it looks like to me...Almost bought 1 of those in 2004 for my wife..Bought a Yamoto 150 instead..

This link has a couple pictures of CDI's used on small chinese quads. Do either of them look like the CDI on your quad? If you have the more common 5 pin CDI then do the tests on the kill switch circuitry. If that doesn't pinpoint the problem then the next step is measuring stator output voltages. If you have a four pin CDI we need to back up and take a different path.
The smaller displacement quads are often wired very similar, and have many interchangable parts. You may just have something simple such as a bad connection in the wiring. A few measurements with a meter will show the way.

Can you post a picture of the CDI box?
The 5 wires that come out must go to a connector. Does this connector look like the 5 pin connector on the CDI picture in the previous link I posted?
What are the five wire colors on the other side of the CDI connector (the wiring harness colors - not the CDI wire colors)?
What I'm wondering is if someone has wired in an aftermarket "performance" CDI.
Finally, are you sure you are looking at the CDI, and not something else like the remote start/stop receive module?

ok finally i got some pics of the cdi, the 5 wires as you can see dont have a connector they are separate beside 2 wires 1 goes to the spark plug coil and the other into the loom.i hope the quality of pics are ok.And Thanx for your help

I've never seen a CDI like that. Nor was a able to find one searching the internet.
I did find a stator for a 90cc two stroke panda here:

If this really is your stator then it tells us something about the ignition system: Your CDI runs off high voltage AC, and it is triggered off a pickup coil just like the more common chinese ignition systems.
I only see four wires in your photos. Is there really five? So far there is one wire to the trigger coil in the stator, and 1 wire to the high voltage AC power in the stator. There must be a ground wire. 1 wire goes to the ignition coil primary winding. That's four, if you have a fifth wire I would bet it is a kill switch wire.
It looks like each wire connects to the loom through a single wire bullet connector. Disconnect each of those wires one at a time and measure the resistance to ground. Do these measurements with the ignition on and the kill switch(es) in the 'run' position. What resistance do you measure for each of the 4 (or 5) wires? Some of these wires will measure in the hundreds of ohms, others will be open (infinite resistance) or shorted to ground (zero ohms). The ignition coil primary should measure 1 or 2 ohms to ground.
Do you know if your stator looks like the one in the link above?

Hey what happened here UNHOLY74 - did you figure thing out here -
I have a chinese ATV - Dinili 90cc as well and running into spark problem ..
I'm getting off and on sparks ... did manage to get the thing running - but after 10-20 seconds - engine stop .. continual cranking did nothing ..
I pull the plugs and tested for sparks ,.. and determine that it was sparking off and on..
any ideas is appreciated.

My CDI looks the same - 5 wire coming out as well
My OHM readings from + to - on the ignition coil is 0 - I thinking its a bad coil.
