Default Rear sprocket

Has anyone replaced the rear sprocket on a 250 VBike....? It looked like it would be easy enough to do but I can't figure out how to get sprocket off to put new one on. Any help or suggestions will help.

Well I guess you can say I answered my own question. I figured it out on my own.

Here is a quick run down, remove rearend from ATV. remove right side tire from axle, remove jam nut then remove nut. pull axle out of housing, slid sprocket off axle then remove bolts from sprocket. put back together in reverse order.

Glad to hear you got it figured out... Did you change the sprocket because it wore out? Or did you want a different sized 1?

Was it necessary to remove the rear end from the ATV? My son sheared off the bolts that hold the sprocket on. I hope to be able to use an easy out but I'm afraid I'll have to pull the sprocket. I think they sheared because he shifted into second at full throttle.
