My kid was out riding it and it quit. I noticed that it would roll over way to easy and found that it had no compression. I have it tore apart and found nothing wrong. Valves, piston, and rings all look good. I am thinking that the timing is off, I had an older bike and it did this once when I jumped it hard. Any help would be great we are planning to head north this weekend and would like to get it going. Thanks

 

When you say no compression did you put a gauge on or what? Those engines are like the old honda 110 engines when setting valve timing. Mark on the fly wheel lines up with the mark on sproket on the camshaft I would think.

In the past many have used these manuals for the 50 to 110cc chinese engines.

I can hold my thumb over it now. Isnt there anything online that would show me how to do it? Dont realy have the money right now to do any thing but let the kid ride it. Thanks

Have you ever checked the valve clearance?

 

Thanks I ended up finding a bent exhaust valve. New valves on the way! Hope that fixes the problem and were up and running by next weekend.
