I picked up a used Atv w/ Zongshed 250 motor. It has a pz27 carburator but the throttle cable looks like a pz30. It' idles really fast. is this because the throttle cable is not getting deep enough into the pz27 body to slow it down. Or should i be able to use it with ajustments??

You should be able to adjust the idle with either the idle screw on the carb. Or its possible that their isnt enough slack in the cable itself... there is usually a in cable adjuster or sometimes its adjustable at the carb itself.
