Default 90cc carb problems

Hey i just bought a used 90cc roketa(i think) and the only way it will run is with the choke pulled all the way out. I have adjusted the 2 little screws for hours and cant get it to run or idle without the choke. There is also a little brass nipple , i assume for a hose, sticking out from the float bowl, and sometimes it drips gas out of it, and there is a gray colored nipple on the side of the carb that i am guessing is a vent or something, it is a keihin carb. any suggestions or if you need any other info or pics or whatever, i just need help i bought this for my kids and now i feel like a turd because i cant let them ride it yet.

Welcome to the forum tapout75!

Your carb needs a complete tear down and cleaning.. removal of both jets, main jet holder and fuel screw is necessary.. as well as removing the needle and float assy..You need to see light thru both jets and thru the side of the pilot jet and the main jet holder..If you cant see light fuel wont make it thru... Id guess youve got a plugged pilot jet...
