I have been trying to adjust the carburetor all day, it starts and idles fine but once you get about 2/3 to full throttle it just cuts out. ive adjusted both screws and cant get it any better. Its an electric choke and i don't see any other adjustments on it. please help

Welcome to the forum coachcraw3131! 
Sounds like your main jet is plugged.. Have you ever cleaned the carb? Are you still using the stock spark plug?
The 2 screws will have no effect on your problem... they are for idle and idle to 1/4 throttle..
