Double check the wires from the kill switch to the CDI, check and make sure that the kill switches are in the run position, check to see if it has a tethered kill switch so that when they fall off the bike kills, should be at the back of the bike on the frame. Check the yellow wire from the coil and make sure the connections are tight and that the wire is good, check the red/black wire and make sure that has tight connections from the ignition switch to the the cdi and from the stator to the cdi. Check all the green ground wires. 9 times out of 10 it is a bad wire connection.

I assume the engine is turning over which explains how you're seeing no spark?
There are a few things you can check:
1. bad spark plug
2. ignition coil
3. contact coil
4. CDI box
5. voltage regulator
6. stator
I would focus on the contact coil and the stator. My guess is it's going to be one of those 2 things.
My daughter has a coolster 100cc atv and by proccess of elimination, here issue was the contact coil. It was located under her seat near the battery. I don't know where it's located on your ATV.
