i just bought a 110cc sunl 4 wheeler, it runs great. but i need some tips on cleaning the carb. and if i need to mix the gas with oil and what ratio. i dont see a oil pan or oil plug

Welcome to the forums. 
If it's newer than 06, it will be a four stroke, thanks to the EPA.
Not sure if Sun-L cloned the Honda or Yamaha motor.

It has the Lifan engines in most of them.
The carb should be removed to be cleaned. The removal of the fuel bowl and the jets is mandatory.
Oil changes are the lifebood of these little engines. The drain plug is a 17 or 18mm bolt on the very bottom of the engine. It can be located on the lower left side. Just look for the larger hex head nut at the lowest point on the motor near the left front and that it is it. I use Mobil 1. You can use 10w30 oil. It will take about 4/5's quart of oil.
Also check the chain, tighten or loosen as necessary. There should be about a 1/2" of play in it.
Lube all grease fittings. Pack grease into the axle bearings. Lube all pivot points.
Check and adjust the brakes.
