Default Chinese Engines

I am working on a suspended kart project and am to the point that I am looking for an engine to design the rest of the kart around. The Chinese engines have peaked my curiosity. I would like to have a water cooled engine with about 20 HP (or more) with a 4 or 5 speed manual transmission.

Anybody have any idea if there are any Chinese engines out there that fit this description?

Thanks

not sure what the HP ratings are, but Roketa offers an air cooled 250cc. BUT, they also have up to an 800cc water cooled engine. check out their website....

They're readily available on eBay or the likes. Bad thing is they're ~$500+ dollars. Honestly I'd think it would be more cost effective to go with a simple and reliable GY6 clone. They're fan cooled and strong as nails.
