Hard to tell from that pic as the only thing in the way is that footrest. Remove it and take another pic.

After reviewing the thread, you probably should have started your own thread. Did you verify your valve clearances? If so, check compression. If good, is your spark plug wet? If good, try a little bit of starter fluid down the chamber and put spark plug back and try again.

How old is your gas? More than year, drain tank and replace with good gas. If still no start, see post 11.
