Coolster mountopz-110
#1
HELLO, I AM A NEW AND HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY KIDS COOLSTER 110. QUAD WAS RUNNING FINE THEN MY SON HIT THE KILL SWITCH NOW IT DOES NOTHING WHEN YOU PULL BRAKE IN TO START NO BRake light and no starter function. I check with my meter and have 12.4 volts at the coil and at the switch and the switch is working. I dont know if maybe the kill switch went bad or if maybe there are other checks i can make if you could please let me know thank you.

You said you have 12 volts at the "switch" and that the "switch" is working. What switch are we talking about? Ignition switch? Start button? Kill switch?
Try this also:
Set all your kill switches to the 'run' position. Turn the ignition on. Set the parking brake and make sure your quad is in neutral. Take a screwdriver and short the two big post terminals on your starter solenoid together. Don't mind a few sparks.
Jumping across the solenoid bypasses all the safety interlocks that keep a quad from starting up in gear and with no brakes applied - hence the bold text above about setting the brake and shifting to neutral.
Does the starter turn? Does the quad start up?
