just double checking about how you came to this conclusion: what is it doing or not doing? does it turn over/cranks with starter? what did it do to come to this current situation? have you checked for spark? from your post, it sounds like it does turn over and you've checked for spark, so, we can try a new plug, or we can start checking the coil and CDI..brake/kill switch functions/etc......
inspect the plug to make sure the insulation ain't cracked and make sure the gap is good. let us know.........
