i have a zmc 200 u . has less than 100 kms. started smokeing. tore down engine. couldnt find anything wrong. put it back together. now the oil just bails through the pipe. smokes like a train. my question is. what is the engine realy. and what should i look for.

 

Exaust valve is probly open way to much.

 

push rod engine. . as i said less than 100 kms.

 

i want to no were is the oil comeing from.

 

is a push rod 2 stroke or 4 if its 2 im lost im a 2 strole idioet

 

I would guess that it is your valve seals probably the exhaust seal!

 

That is the same problem I had on my Roketa 250. I tried two things at once trying to eliminate the problem
1. I removed the cylinder head, flipped it over and realized that the exhaust seal was bad with just a little hole in the corner.
2. I replaced the rings on the piston thinking maybe it could be bad as well.
I bolted it all back together and it runs like a dream now.
