I'm confused... More info is needed:

1) I'm wondering what this "remote start box" is. The only thing that should be going "click" is the starter solenoid. This device is connected to the battery through a big fat red wire. Another big fat red wire goes on to the starter motor. The remote start module is a small device with 5 to 11 wires going to it, with a short wire a few inches long hanging down free (it is the receive antenna). It should not go "click" ever.

2) So lets assume your starter solenoid is the thing that is going "click" (but please verify that). That says the starter isn't turning. Is this true? The how could you check for spark? That requires a turning engine... How did you check for no spark?

no its not the starter solenoid is not the problem cuz the motor turns over like if it wants to start. and yes the remote start has 5 to 15 wire and when i connect the battery it ticks like a clock like if it had a watch inside there ticks every second so thats probably telling me where the problem is.

I think what you are calling a remote start is a remote "kill" switch. A switch that a parent can use to stop the bike when their kid is doing something they don't want them doing. I don't think you can start one with it.

I was able to just unplug mine and it runs without it.

Remote control modules shouldn't go "click". Can you take a picture of this module and post it? This is making no sense.

You said you have no spark (tested with an in-line spark tester), yet you also say "it turns over like it wants to start". Those statements are mutually exclusive. You must have spark if it is firing and almost starting. This too makes no sense.

A better way to test for spark is to remove the plug, wire it back up, and hold the threads against the engine while cranking the starter (all kill switches set to the 'run' position). Look for a steady spark across the gap.

But lets kill two birds with one stone: Try to start the quad for 15 seconds, then quickly remove the plug and check to see if the plug end is wet with fuel. Is it? Then while the plug is out check for spark. Do you have spark when testing with this method?

BTW, is this a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke quad?

Armagh, The generic remote modules are both a remote start and a remote kill module. Yes you can kill the engine, but you can also start it up via the radio link - even bypassing the ignition switch and the brake safety interlock. Some modules only wire in a subset of the functions such as the kill function leaving the remote start function out . But Gar2004 could certainly try unplugging it. Maybe it will solve the problem. If it really is going "click" that is absolutely not normal.

So you removed the remote "kill" switch, ("that has 5 to 15 wire"), and it still does not have fire? The thing you said ticked like a clock when the battery was connected.
Did you disconnect it? Did you check for fire at the plug again?

You are not giving up much information on what you have done.

It is really hard to guess on what would make a Quad lose spark. There are a number of things and until you give up some information it will be hard to give you a answer.

Wow, A "fun loving" parent could really give a kid a wild ride with one of those even if the kid didn't want the adventure.
