Just got it today and it was running fine. Then kid got on it and tried to kick start it and after a few kicks he only went half way down everything locked up. Its a one speed automatic. Is there a neturnal switch or something? Please Help sad daughter
also put a battery in and the starter sounds like it is trying. Pulled spark plug and nothing, Seems like its just stuck in gear

 

i'm not real familiar with you particular model of quad, can you push it around forwards/backwards? can you put it up on cinder blocks or jack stands? does the starter try real hard, labor hard to turn over the engine or does it sound normal? why was the kick starter used if you have an electric starter? just curious.
