Hi I am really needing the wire diagram for this 4 wheeler I bought. I was told it ran just needed a little carb work. Apparently I have a wire here that is not connected to anything. I have a pic of it but not sure where to post it. I cannot find ANYWHERE on the internet this 4 wheller wire diagram. I tried to look up "New Era" thats the only name i see on the 4 wheeler. I know it is a 49cc 4 stroke. Is there a kill switch or what does the cdi box look like, It sparks getting fire motor turns over....just wont start

 

As long as you're getting spark and the starter motor is cranking the engine it is unlikely your problem is electrical. But how are you measuring spark?

The best way is to pull out the plug, wire it up, and rest the plug thread against the engine while cranking. Then see if you have spark across the gap.
