Default 200cc motor question and help needed

I picked up a 200cc china atv that is pretty much new but the water pump failed in the first 5 miles and caused some engine problems. I need a cylinder head but the ones I see online look different. The motor says Boreem model # is JL163ML on it and its liquid cooled manual clutch and gears. The head I have has a different head cover and has 4 water ports around the cylinder where the ones on line have more. Does anyone know If I can use a different head like most of the websites sell and change the head cover to match or do I need to track down the idenical one. I believe this is a 2006 model year. It sat in a garage for 4 years and never got fixed. Thanks in advance

There is a tag riveted to the front area that has
205-BAWA-03 on it.

After a few months a complete new motor showed up on eBay. I bought it and it was the same. I ordered parts from several china parts places and none of them were the same. They are a mystery for finding parts. I have a complete motor and trans that has a scored piston if you need any motor or trans parts. The first and last china atv I'll ever buy.
