Have you tried running it with no air filter?

Yes. It ran like a champ for about two minutes then bogged out again

Maybe something in the gas tank restricting flow of fuel? bad fuel filter?

Yeah, the fuel tank is fine I drained the gas straight out of it no problem and pulled the hoses off and blew them out. Maybe its the fuel filter

Its definitely weird.. maybe run it with no filter since the tank is clean..

Have you tried spraying carb cleaner around the carb and intake area while its running?

runs two minutes.......i wonder, is the fuel tank vented? either by cap or vent hose at the cap? vacuum lock on fuel tank......maybe? dang, this is a little peculiar........

Fuel tank is vented. I even started it without the cap on. Now its not even starting. Blahh
