110cc Loncin engin problem
I have a Loncin 110 cc, under the engine there are two bolts. First bolt is the oil drain plug. The second has a oil baffle and spring. I removed the bolt and the baffle shot out. When I was ready to re-install the baffle I discovered the spring on the ground. I inserted the spring and installed the baffle and bolt. I removed the bolt to check on the spring tennision on the baffle and it was zero. Tried to remove the spring but it's stuck inside. Question: What is the baffle for,and is there a problem with starting the engine?

I never worked on a 110cc machine, but you are not alone in pulling out the wrong bolt.
The bolt and spring is the cam chain tensioner. If you search the forums for "110cc cam chain tensioner" you'll find lots of company.
I think the spring goes between the baffle and bolt. So you'y need to get that spring out and assemble it correctly before reinstalling it. But remember I've no experience on this quad.
